you can arrange a different time for the delivery of your order!

If you order online Lights / Switches and Sockets / Dimmers / Fire Alarms / Electrical Items / Ventilation and Heating Solutions / etc via SparksDirect.co.uk, or if you visit us in store to purchase items from us, you have the choice of

  • either coming in store to pick up the items you’re purchasing(for which you don’t have to pay the carriage charge),
  • or choosing that the items would be delivered to your billing address.

If you choose to have the products delivered to you, someone will have to be in at the place you chose as the delivery/billing address. The advantage about the delivery is that once we send you the consignment number for the parcel, you can track it online to see what is its itinerary! Usually, if you place the order before 1.00pm today, you may very well get the items tomorrow around lunchtime, provided they are in stock and available(which usually is the case with most of the items on our website).

In case you’re not in / cannot be in all day long to wait for the delivery, or you can’t be there when the courier says they will deliver your parcel, you can call them at any time and re-arrange the delivery! Since we use Interlink Express for now, you can contact them at 0780 904 1016 with your contact details & your consignment number, and set up another time for the delivery!

In some cases we also deliver by our van, and of this service benefit mainly the ones that are around where we are located(North London, around N19 5SE) – in the same way, we will either contact you to re-arrange the delivery(in case no one is home), or you can call us to arrange another time for the items to be delivered to you!
