  1. I have purchased a bathroom x 4 mirrored spotlight 6097CH 4 x 12v 20,20w MR11. However one of the glass light covers has been damaged (I’m not sure how this occured. Would it be possible to purchase a new lens as the safety must be impaired with a broken one. If you could advise me of the cost and postage it would be appreciated. My address is 23 Heather Close, Carisbrooke Green, Gosport, Hants, PO13 0BG.

    1. Hello,
Did you purchase these lights from us? We stock these excellent bathroom ceiling lights, but unfortunately we do not stock components/parts, but the whole fitting. We are sorry to hear from you about the damaging of the lenses. What you can do is to contact the manufacturer about this(there should be some details on the box, FirstLight).
