First of all, we would like to appologise for the inconvenience brought about by the registering/login system on our website, which sometimes can be a real headache. To register/login at sparksdirect.co.uk, before or after you finished your shopping, as part of the checkout process, you need to:
- If you’re registered already, all you have to do is either to enter the email address and the password supplied when you firstly registered with us, and then login, OR, in case you forgot your password, use the Forgot Your Password? link supplied;
- if you need to register, enter the required info:
# company name – not mandatory;
# First name / Last name / Country;
# Post code – enter the postcode, and then press look-up! – there will be a list of possible addresses that are tied to that post code, and so choose from one of them – Security reasons…
# select the correct address, then proceed… - !!! WE DELIVER ONLY TO THE BILLING ADDRESS !!!
Sometimes we have to reject/decline/cancel some orders because of this very reason: for the security of the transactions and for payment security reasons, the Delivery address has to be the Billing address!
We want to specify and emphasize this: the delivery of the items you order on our website is only to the billing address! And if the address you enter for the delivery address is different than the billing address, our online payment gateway detects this…. We know that this whole thing is an inconvenience, but this is what we can offer now…. we’re currently working on a more performant and transparent system of ordering and payment.
